ARTS IN THE HEART OF AUGUSTA FESTIVAL RETURNS!

Arts in the Heart of Augusta Festival will take place on September 16, 17, and 18th in the heart of downtown Augusta, Georgia. This year the festival will be bigger and better than ever with an additional city block added! The Festival will encompass the Augusta Common and the 600, 700, 800 and 900 Blocks of Broad Street. We expect over 100 juried Arts in the Heart Artists. Five Stages of non-stop entertainment will include the Global Stage on the Augusta Common with cultural music and dance along with popular music into the evening. A Jazz Stage will offer Jazz, Blues, and Roots performances, the NEW Soul Suite Stage will be indoors and feature poetry, storytelling, acoustic music, Soul, spoken word, and improv. The popular Family Stage returns on the 600 Block with performances that appeal to children and families. And of course our dynamic Community Stage is back featuring Augusta’s local talent. International food booths will be available on the Augusta Common. Our popular Family Area and Young Artists Markets are returning as well! We can’t wait to see you in September!

This FESTIVAL is produced each year by the Greater Augusta Arts Council.
